When will you Ship my items?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase at support@quadcoptersnp.com. Our customer service is quick.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order.Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@quadcoptersnp.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

My Item Arrived Damaged

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– Your order number.

– A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package in such cases will be invoiced to the customer.

Quadcopters Nepal is not responsible for tax and/or duty charge that may incur while we import products from international sites according to your request. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

Quadcopters Nepal reserves the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.
